  A Welcome Reception followed by tender music 
  will take place at the National Gallery of Art. It is
  a contemporaneous, multifunctional centre for
  art and culture seeking a dialogue with society.
    
  Tasteful food and refreshing drinks will
  be served during the evening. This is perfect
  time to meet old colleagues and make new
  contacts. 

  Gala Dinner
  Vilnius Town Hall (Didzioji Str. 31)

  Gala Dinner fee - 110 Euro per person.   

  Vilnius Town hall is a historical building in the
  heart of the Old Town of Vilnius. The city's most
  important venue for  cultural and political
  celebratory events, a former Noble Theatre
  building, features a distinctive interior of
  splendid halls. Special food and drinks, music
  and dances will set everyone for elation and
  exciting evening!
  Dress code - black tie
  N.B. The number of seats will be limited
  therefore we advice to buy tickets as earlier as
  possible.

  Vilnius City Tour
  September 17th | 13:00

  The capital, Vilnius, is one of the most beautiful
  towns in Eastern Europe, situated at the junction
  of the Neris and Vilnele rivers and surrounded by
  picturesque wooded hills. Founded in 1323, its
  unique character and architecture reflects its
  history at crossroads of the Roman, Byzantine
  and Eurasian worlds. Vilnius' many churches and
  towers, fortifications, secluded medieval
  courtyards and narrow streets are a mix of
  Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Classical
  styles.
  Vilnius City Tour continues for 2,5 hours (on
  foot) and takes you through the most exciting
  places in Vilnius Old Town.

  City Tour fee - 30 Euro per person. Free for
  accompanying persons.

 Tour to Trakai
 September 18th | 13:00 

 Trakai is located 28 km west of Vilnius. There are
 many lakes in the region. Trakai Castle &
 Museum of 15th century (in the middle of Lake
 Galve) is the only insular castle throughout
 Eastern Europe. Island castle is one of the most
 visited historical-architectural monuments in
 Lithuania.
 
 The duration of tour is approximately 4 hours.
 Tour fee - 55 Euro per person. Free for
 accompanying persons.
