*Students, Dental office assistants, Lab Technicians and Hygienists have to provide a written certification by their institution, head of department or employer.

** Hands-on registration is available on line according to topics.Please note that there are full day and half day hands-on courses. In half day courses morning and afternoon sessions are identical, except for Dr. Massironi course. Therefore, please avoid booking two hands-on courses at the same time.

*** The fee will be charged as a guarantee for delegates' participation. It will be reimbursed during the Congress.

Late fee will be applied regardless of when the registration was received.

Important! If you register as an Early Bird, the fee should reach the account no later than July 1st, 2010.

Confirmation of Registration

The registration will be confirmed by email after we receive the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Congress are strongly recommended to contact the Congress Secretariat by email info@esmd2010.com

Cancellation and Refund Policy

* Before July 1st, 2010
50 % will be refunded from the payment.
* After July 1st, 2010
No payment will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued after the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. For refunds please contact Congress Secretariat.
