Hotel rooms in different categories have been reserved for Congress participants. It is advisable to reserve rooms as early as possible. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. No rooms can be reserved unless complete credit card details are provided as a guarantee of the reservation. We cannot guarantee availability later than 30 days prior to the Congress. We will, however, make every effort to comply with your request.

Please note that all reservations are based on a first come first served basis. If the hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the nearest alternative will be allocated. ViaConventus will, however, make every effort to comply with your request.
If at the time of registration you have not booked a hotel room, you can always return to your registration form using your ID and password and book a hotel room or any other extra events.
Credit Card Guarantee
The credit card information you provide with regard to accommodation will be used towards the hotel as well as to Congress Secretariat ViaConventus to guarantee your room reservation. In case of no-show, arrival after the reserved date, or departure before the reserved date and late cancellation, ViaConventus or the hotel my charge your credit card with the amount corresponding to 1 night fee. Payment is made directly to the hotel upon check-out.
Confirmation of Hotel Booking
The Hotel Booking will be confirmed by email after we receive your registration and the guarantee of your credit card details. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Congress are strongly recommended to contact Congress Secretariat.
