On behalf of the ESMD Executive Committee and Congress Secretariat, we would like to draw your attention to a very important information related your travel arrangements to ESMD Congress. Please note that this is a WARNING MESSAGE that should be considered as a recommendation to all delegates planning to attend ESMD 2010.

2nd Congress of the European Society of Microscope Dentistry is held simultaneously as the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), organized by the United Nations on September 14-17th in Vilnius. IGF is a huge event, gathering around 2000 participants. Considering the situation and accommodation/flights possibilities in Lithuanian capital Vilnius, the city is expected to be overcrowded. Therefore the hotels during this period will be fully booked. There might be also difficult or very expensive to reach Vilnius if travel arrangements are not made beforehand. Therefore, ESMD Congress Secretariat is urging you to make your travel and accommodation arrangements at your earliest convenience in order to avoid the situation mentioned. Congress Secretariat can assist you in arranging your flight and booking a hotel. Please note, that you are NOT requested to register for the congress and make the registration payment now, however you are advised to make early reservations for flight and hotel. ESMD Congress Secretariat will make every effort to assist you in this situation, however we will not be able to guarantee late room or flight reservations.
